Real Life Rules Too

Unplug yourself from all media inputs, stand up, walk out your front door, take a few deep breaths, and look around for a couple of minutes. Report back when sanity has been regained. Or not, if you happen to be in Bakersfield.

Hey, great idea, I just got up, walked out into the back yard, took the breath of good, clean, fresh air, did a three sixty view of the hills surrounding us, the blue sky, fluffy white clouds, seventy degree temperature, with the sounds and smells of neighbors mowing their lawns and Bar-B-Q ing their dinner, that quiet time, in the last hour of sunshine, with its soft glow, as squadrons of Mourning Doves, House Finches, Yellow Finches, and a single Blue Jay, frolic in the lawn sprinkler and bird feeder, it makes one kinda wanna, lean back, and holler, “Life is good!” Is that what you had in mind?
Now I feel so good I’m gonna get back to attacking the CATIA tutorial I’ve been fussing with for the past few weeks.

Come on, CATIA is easy; but you're right - Life is good. I like your description of the soft evening mood.

A "centrist" - you are doomed by watching too much CNN and the left wing media my friend - by the way, how's Cindy (Sheehan)? Vodka good, whiskey good, these are the concantants which provide a much better perspective on life (but not much saving of the dinero)- Mikey, that's pretty cool that you have actually gotten a few responses.... Oh, by the way, Baja Willie's rocks.....
